With over 20 years of experience in the software business, Alon brings experience and passion in how to plan and execute commercial growth. Most recently, he was VP Sales & Marketing at HolistiCyber, the nation-state level cyber security advisors to the private sector. He has worked in senior sales and management roles at Perfecto Mobile, Comverse Technology, and Akamai Technologies.
Alon holds engineering BSc and MBA degree from the Leon Recanati School of Business at Tel-Aviv university.
As well as being a die-hard American Football fan, Alon enjoys skiing and scuba diving.
Yaron brings over 25 years’ experience in driving strategy, building disruptive products and running market execution at innovative startups and Fortune 500 companies. Before WINT he ran IBM’s cybercrime protection portfolio following its acquisition of Trusteer, and held executive positions at Consumer Physics, RSA, the security division of EMC, Mercado Software, Cyota and others.
Yaron holds an MBA summa cum laude from the Tel Aviv University, an MS in Engineering summa cum laude, and a B.Sc. in Math and Physics with the IDF’s Talpiot excellence program.
Yaron is an avid road and mountain cycler. He also loves skiing and hiking, especially in remote locations like the Himalayas.
Gil is an executive with more than 25 years’ experience in different global roles within SW & HW companies, possessing strong business & strategic acumen as well as solid operational background. Gil brings with him vast experience in managing growth and change.
Before joining Wint, Gil served as a CEO of 2 technology companies (Solcon and Briefcam) and prior to that as a senior executive in Mellanox (acquired by Nvdia), Amdocs and HP.
Gil holds a B.Sc & M.B.A degrees both cum laude from Ben Gurion University.
In his free time Gil likes to run, go to the Gym and enjoy extreme sport activities.
Gil brings over 25 years’ experience in software development, R&D teams management, mathematical modeling and optimization problem solving. In his previous position, Gil was the CTO of HopOn, a public transportation optimization company. Prior to that Gil was a co-founder of Traffix Systems and served as its VP of R&D. Following Traffix’s acquisition by F5 networks, Gil served as F5’s VP of product development. Before that Gil managed the development of the GSM and UMTS network optimization products at Schema.
Gil holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.Sc. summa cum laude in Math and Physics from the Hebrew University.
Gil is a drummer in a rock band, plays basketball and loves to ski.
With over 15 years of experience in software sales, Josh brings experience as an individual contributor, sales engineer, and sales executive. Within the last 7 years, his sales teams have been a part of two successful exits in the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS/ESG) software industry. He puts an emphasis on a strategy, maximizing value and sales execution.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee.
In his free time, Josh enjoys live music, playing the guitar and cooking for his wife Michelle and three boys, Ryan, Hudson, and Ian.
Alex brings to WINT 5+ years of experience in innovative start-ups and Fortune 500 companies, with a particular focus on driving strategy, building disruptive products, and running market execution. In addition, he owned and operated a chain of coffee shops and restaurants for eight years, and before entering the formal world of work, he served as a commander in the Israeli army, where his leadership and team management skills grew exponentially.
In his free time, Alex enjoys staying active. In fact, he was a pro basketball player. He also enjoys skiing in Austria in the winter and is the proud father of a daughter.
Deborah brings over 18 years of experience in marketing, investor relations and general management at telcos and high-tech companies.
Before joining WINT, she co-founded Tydex, a service company providing marketing services to startups, and served as part-time CMO in two B2B SaaS startups, MyPRM and TimeTonic. Previously, Deborah worked for 10 years at Perion Networks (NASDAQ: PERI), where she held several management positions, including General Manager of Smilebox, an online self-service creative platform.
Deborah graduated from HEC Paris and holds a master’s degree from La Sorbonne University.
Deborah loves spending her free time with her three kids, preferably nature hiking or traveling abroad.
Arik brings with him over 16 years of experience in development, customer facing and operations positions.
Prior to joining WINT, Arik served as VP Operations and Customer Success at PointGrab.
Before PointGrab , Arik worked at Essence Group where he served as Director of Professional Services
Arik holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
In his free time, Arik enjoys CrossFit , Spartan Races, and reading all Sci-Fi books he can find.
Ron brings over 15 years of experience in outsourced manufacturing, logistics and supply chain management, as well as Engineering and Compliance.
Prior in joining WINT Ron was Director of Global Logistics and Compliance for NICE, where he held several other positions in Operations management, Engineering and New Product Introductions.
Ron holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology .
In his free time Ron has a special interest in ancient archeology and enjoys winter skiing.
Asaf brings over 7 years of experience in managing finance including fundraising rounds, budgeting, cash flow management, financial and tax reports, as well as international taxation.
Prior to joining WINT, Asaf worked for Elbit Systems’ finance department where he prepared financial and tax reports and managed budget and cash flow.
Asaf is a CPA, and holds a BA in economics and accounting and an MBA in business management focusing on financing from Bar-Ilan University.
Asaf loves spending his free time playing basketball and having fun with his family.
Liat brings over 10 years of HR experience in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining WINT she led the HR team in AeroScout, a division of Stanley Black & Decker. Liat has a proven record with robust business growth planning and execution, recruitment, and the creation of collaborative and creative work environments and in creating corporate cultures built on atmosphere of motivation.
Liat holds a B.A. in Behavioral Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo, and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
Outside of work, Liat enjoys spending time with her young family, Pilates reformer workout, and volunteering.
