Alon Geva is the CEO of Wint, with over two decades of experience spanning sales, business development, product management, product marketing, and team leadership. At Wint, he leads the company’s mission to make water damage a problem of the past through AI-powered detection and prevention technology.

Ryan O’Connor is an Associate, Emerging Technology at Suffolk Construction focused on researching, piloting, and driving adoption of early-stage solutions and products in PropTech, ConTech, and InfraTech. Ryan supports the growth and development of ‘built-world’ technology by leveraging his relationships and project management experience in commercial real estate. Prior to Suffolk, Ryan worked in commercial leasing and real estate technology at Boston Properties, driving operational excellence and strategy.

David Simkins is the Director of Engineering and Technology at Polygon US where he focuses on climate control strategies, indoor air quality (IAQ) management, and the development of advanced monitoring systems. With over 30 years of experience in engineering and leadership, has held numerous roles in the climate control industry, including a notable tenure at Munters Corporation. He has worked closely with some of the largest general contractors and Fortune 500 companies including many using mass timber materials.

James Boileau is Director of Strategic Business Solutions at Zurich North America, where he supports the rollout of tools and services for clients, risk engineers, and underwriters on the loss control side. With over two decades at the company, he has focused on emerging risks and new product development for the construction segment.

Josh Banks graduated with a BSME degree, starting his career as a Fueling Mechanical engineer. After three years of fueling system design, he transitioned to his passion, Construction. His passion stems from his childhood enjoyment of following his Dad around on construction sites. Josh spent ten years in construction with the majority of his time in Project Management. He held other roles in Technical Sale/Business Development and Operations Management. Before transitioning into Loss Control Consulting, he had completed a 32-story apartment building in Midtown, Atlanta, GA and was leading a 22-story apartment building in Buckhead, GA. He is currently two years into his walk with Builder’s Risk Loss Control.

Jared is a Senior Risk Engineer with Allianz’s Master Builders Risk Team. Prior to Allianz, Jared worked for AXA on both the Builders Risk and Master Builders Risk lines. Jared has a B.S. in Construction Management & Design which helped him start his professional career in construction. He worked for a large general contractor in both field and office positions prior to making the shift to Risk Engineering. His unique combination of hands-on construction experience and specialized risk management expertise help Jared bridge the gap between construction operations and risk management, offering practical, actionable solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the construction industry.
