WINT develops IoT hardware and software water-management solutions for the real-estate and industrial sectors.

The devices are installed in buildings – such as the Empire State Building and on construction sites. The system monitors usage patterns and uses Machine Learning, signal processing and statistical analysis techniques to detect anomalies and prevent leaks by shutting off water. Our customer prevents massive damage to facilities – which could reach millions of dollars per incident and save 20%-25% of their ongoing water consumption.

Job description

As VP Marketing, you will lead and execute WINT’s marketing strategy, and you’ll build the marketing plan and budget. You will drive market and brand awareness, generate leads, enable the sales team and WINT’s sales channels, and continue to position WINT as a thought leader and as The market leader in its space. We are looking for an experienced strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities who is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and work hard.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and manage WINT’s marketing strategy, plans and budget
  • Drive awareness for WINT and its offering in WINT’s target markets
  • Generate leads to support and drive WINT’s hyper-growth
  • Work closely with sales to build, mature and monitor the company’s sales funnel
  • Drive sales enablement through training, collateral and sales tools
  • Develop and manage various marketing campaigns to achieve WINT’s brand awareness and lead generation goals
  • Craft and execute the company’s digital marketing and PR strategies
  • Manage and maintain the company’s Website and social media channels
  • Develop and create marketing tools, such as video demos/tutorials/testimonials, brochures, data sheets, white papers, infographics, newsletters and presentations
  • Plan and execute physical and virtual events including webinars, customer meetings, etc…
  • Lead nurturing activities, email campaigns, newsletters and marketing automation processes
  • Measure, track and report KPIs and ROI related to marketing activities

Required Experience/Skills

  • Experience of at least 10 years in Marketing leadership roles in a B2B company
  • BA/BSc in marketing, communications, or engineering
  • Excellent communicator with extensive experience in creating messages, collateral and content
  • Native-level English – mandatory
  • Experience with Marketing automation tools
  • Experience driving digital marketing activities and campaigns
  • Extensive experience and results in working with global customers/partners
  • Passionate team player seeking to work in a dynamic, hyper-energetic startup environment
