The Specification Sales Manager is responsible for driving awareness among Consultants and Specifiers in The UK for the WINT-Water Intelligence solution. At WINT, this Consultative Sales role is critical to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing sales team and will be tasked with visiting Consulting Engineers and Specifiers across the UK, giving presentations, CPD’s and working on getting out solution into the MEP design of the building prior to tender stage. Building personal relationships and generating leads and new opportunities within the Specifier community and supporting design engineers to apply our product to water-based systems.
The Specification Sales Manager will focus on the U.K market. We are flexible on location and you work from home or our office in London. The role will directly report to the VP of Sales.
Disrupting the water industry, WINT detects and stops leaks at the source using Artificial Intelligence. Providing a simple and innovative cloud-based solution for commercial buildings and construction sites, WINT alerts when water is leaking and automatically shuts it off. Intelligent real-time monitoring identifies sources of leaks and waste, reducing water consumption and preventing damage.
We are growing and looking for a talented Specification Sales Manager to drive WINT solution specification into new projects, specifically focused on new construction, renovation, and retrofit markets. Working directly with consulting engineers, we are looking for the right talent, experience, and proven track record in driving our solution to be specified in new construction projects. As the right candidate, you will leverage your lead generation experience to generate meetings with consulting engineers via phone, emails, and Linkedin to develop interest in WINT’s high-tech water management solution. You’ll also build engineer facing collateral like specification creation resources and templates, technical reference materials, spec sheets, all while assisting in the design of other needed resources for the MEP community (videos, website needs, etc.).
