HR & Office Generalist

Our customer prevents massive damage to facilities (which could reach millions of dollars per incident) and save 20%-25% of their ongoing water consumption.

The HR & Office Generalist is a dual role involving human resources and office management responsibilities as part of WINT team. This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, employee experience and administrative HR tasks . The office manager component of this position is responsible for overall front office activities, responsible for the day-to-day life at the office including administrative and logistical responsibilities, managing office & IT equipment, purchasing requests.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is just as comfortable working autonomously as with a team. This candidate should be cross culture-focused, bringing enthusiasm to the office and offering up new ideas and programs. The candidate will be expected to perform the following responsibilities
- Conducts recruitment efforts
- Conducts new employee orientations and onboarding
- Maintains company organization charts and the employee directory
- Manage and execute the day-to-day administrative activity and of the company to ensure smooth operations of all administrative needs
- Take an active part in planning and execution of the company wellbeing and employee experience activities (company’s parties, holidays, toasts, and other fun events)
- Responsible for management of the building, which includes but not limited to managing repairs, tenant issues, etc.
- Manage the CEO calendar
- Be the point of contact and take over all office management responsibilities including maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, shopping, etc.
- Manage vendors and service suppliers (Kitchen, IT, office equipment, etc.), constantly improve engagement terms and hold a great working relationship
- Welcome visitors and make sure they get the best service (escort them from/to the main lobby)
- Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth ongoing operation
- Support IT operations and Finance as needed
- Discretely handle sensitive and confidential information and interactions
- +1 Year of experience in a similar role (Startup environment – big plus).

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A positive, proactive, quick thinker who is solution-focused..
- Service-oriented person with a “can-do” approach
- Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel, Word, Google, etc.
