WINT develops IoT hardware and software water-management solutions for the real-estate and industrial sectors.

The devices are installed in buildings – such as the Empire State Building and on construction sites. The system monitors usage patterns and uses Machine Learning, signal processing and statistical analysis techniques to detect anomalies and prevent leaks by shutting off water. Our customer prevents massive damage to facilities – which could reach millions of dollars per incident, and save 20%-25% of their ongoing water consumption.

Job description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Escalate customer issues and request assistance as appropriate.
  • Acquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of relevant WINT products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to quickly provide technically accurate and complete solutions

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with customers
  • Customer support orientation with high analytical capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Hebrew and English at a native language level – MUST
