Our customer prevents massive damage to facilities (which could reach millions of dollars per incident) and save 20%-25% of their ongoing water consumption.

Who we’re looking for

Our Customer Delivery Project Manager is a project focal point, responsible for end-to-end deliveries: understanding customer requirements, providing SOWs, and creating realistic delivery plans and milestones. You’ll support back office and operation deliverables and monitor the process of handover to the customer. As a project manager expert, you will ensure that our timelines are kept on target along the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a self-driven, ambitious, customer-oriented Project Manager with excellent interdepartmental management skills, and a process-driven mindset that will play a pivotal role is WINT’s aggressively extending its footprint.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in cross-collaboration project management
  • Both technical and a customer oriented “people person”
  • Deep knowledge of operational processes and back-office delivery procedures
  • Highly experienced in project management methods, Gannt, and timeline planning
  • Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent training and presentation capabilities
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Early-stage involvement in each project, from pre-sale stages to final delivery and deployment
  • Interface with multiple departments – Sales, Operation, Engineering and R&D
  • Ongoing communication with customers, helping to manage expectations
  • Creating project plans, responsibility for the deliverables to the customer, starting with SOW definition all the way to a successful deployment
  • Validating the Scope of Work, ensuring clear deliverables, identifying gaps, defining mitigation plan
  • Plan the project stages (utilizing project management tools), create timelines and milestones, execute flawlessly
  • Supervise back office and operation efforts, ensure hardware and software availability
  • Create and align customer expectation, mitigate where needed
  • Weekly/Monthly reporting of project progress and customer onboarding process
  • Ongoing measurement of KPIs, with accountability for a high customer satisfaction rate
