The Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new customers and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. This role is responsible for acquiring new customers in the Continental US (secondarily Canada), reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales. The role will be based in the US but flexible on location and will work remotely (from home office or co-working i.e. WeWork).
Disrupting the water industry, WINT detects and stops leaks at the source using Artificial Intelligence. Providing a simple and innovative cloud-based solution for commercial buildings and construction sites, WINT alerts when water is leaking and automatically shuts it off. Intelligent real-time monitoring identifies sources of leaks and waste, reducing water consumption and preventing damage.
We are growing and looking for a talented sales executive! The Commercial Account Executive will be responsible for the acquisition of new owner/operational commercial accounts in the United States (and Canada), self-generating cold and warm leads and exploring/qualifying opportunities from company and SDR provided leads. If you are the successful candidate for this position, you will excel at creating and closing new and upsell opportunities by using a consultative approach to selling – preferably in a facilities or technology led B2B environment. After closing the deal, you’ll retain the account and work with the Customer Success team to renew and upsell. You’ll also grow your book of business by engaging with assigned existing channel partners to expand referral business. You are a polished, experienced sales professional with the experience and proven track record in solution selling across the full sales cycle, with the ability to present and connect with VP level but sell to and influence users throughout the organization.
Your sales skills are of course essential, but so too is your attention to detail; from your forecasting to written communication, and from your Salesforce.com records to your presentations.
