Job description

The automation infrastructure developer engineer will work closely with both the QA team and development teams, to co-develop and maintain a QA automation framework. The candidate should be self-driven, with excellent personal communication skills, and with a strong background in programming, Selenium, C#, and test automation frameworks. 


  • Co-Development and maintenance of the WINT automation system
  • Understand product requirements and use cases of the product
  • Maintain and develop new capabilities, to support the Selenium and C# based, Automation Environment
  • Diagnose, debug and perform root-cause analysis of issues and defects
  • Actively participate in test planning discussions to assure automation coverage is continuously improving

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/knowledge
  • QA automation professional with 1+ years of experience
  • Experience in creating a Framework for an automation environment (Selenium, C# (Python knowledge can be diverted))
  • Experience with automation web applications
  • Experience with automation mobile applications (Android and iOS)
  • Experience in writing complex automated tests for web applications using Selenium web driver
  • Strong programming skills, C# is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SQL Database
  • Knowledge of Unix
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Desire and ability to learn new skills and improve on current skills
  • Ability to comprehend complexity, to fully understand a product with all of its business and technological implications, and to improve its quality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (in English) as well as interpersonal skills, with both technical and non-technical team members
