What we’re looking for?

  • We’re looking for a highly motivated, team player with strong interpersonal skills, independence, and problem-solving individual to join our finance team and take a significant role. The position will report to the company’s Finance Controller.


  • Support in preparation of US GAAP consolidated financial statements
  • Prepare quarterly global closing and deliver end-to-end reporting package and consolidated financial statements
  • Ensure the Revenue Recognition policy and compliance with ASC 606
  • Ongoing communication and cooperation with other departments to understand, design and record appropriately financial results.
  • Innovate and drive automation initiatives
  • Prepare and analyse financial data and internal reports (especially SaaS data); monitor progress and changes, provide valuable insights
  • Take part in company’s annual budget process and perform monthly actual vs. budget analysis
  • Ensure compliance with global tax regulations (VAT, US, and global tax, sales tax, transfer pricing etc.), including preparation of annual tax returns
  • Perform controls over billing, collection, revenue recognition, expenses etc.
  • Working with the Company’s external auditors/advisors
  • Implementation of internal controls, financial policies, and procedures
  • Ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Licensed CPA, Big 4 internship
  • 3+ years of experience from a Big 4 accounting firm (including internship).
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, ability to learn new software quickly
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized, detail-oriented, and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Great communications skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Fluent English – spoken and written.
  • ASC 606 knowledge- advantage
  • Experience as a CPA in a high-tech company – advantage
  • Experience with Priority system – an advantage
