The position is for a field engineer role that includes traveling to customers’ sites in Israel to fix systems, replace faulty parts. The field engineer will provide technical support of hardware components to customers, identify and resolve customer issues, and escalate to other parts of the organization as required. The field engineer will work collaboratively with engineering, customer support, and customer success.
