Job Brief

We are seeking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of our teams, with full cycle recruiting experience. You will partner closely with all departments leadership to develop and refine hiring processes for scale, source and evaluate talent, and close top candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, and evaluate top candidates, and accompanying candidates at all stages of recruitment
  • Handling recruitment within all departments including for technological positions and characterization of job profiles together with the professional managers in the organization
  • Filtering resumes, conducting telephone interviews, and writing opinions
  • Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates
  • Ensure all candidates have a positive interview experience regardless of the outcome

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Experience in technological recruitment
  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders
  • Fluent Hebrew and English
  • BA/BS/MS in Human Resources Management or related
