Product Manager
You are a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You have B2B experience with products that includes hardware and software running in the cloud (SaaS).
You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will need to see the big picture while being detail oriented. You’ll need to be agile, adapt quickly, thorough, and well organized.
- Continuously collect product requirements from the various stakeholders including customers, customer success, sales, operations, etc…
- Translate product strategy and market needs into features
- Write detailed product specifications and product requirements specifications
- Track requirements, feature enhancements and ideas, organize them and prioritize their execution
- Prioritize requirements to ensure the product roadmap is always focused on the maximum impact activities with quick time-to-market and optimal use of resources
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps
- Disseminate product knowledge across the organization by training and providing product documentation
- Lead the release of new features and products
- Eexperience of at least 3-4 years in product management roles
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- UI/UX experience – advantage
- Experience in combined hardware-software products
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies – huge advantage
- Analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Hard worker who is ready to ‘roll up the sleeves’ to get the job done
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
