The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the VP of Marketing to execute the Company’s marketing strategy and support its rapid growth. This versatile role requires a dynamic, highly organized individual with excellent project management and interpersonal skills. Job description

  • Plan quarterly and yearly calendar for tradeshows and other events.
  • Manage the logistics, budget and marketing materials production for these events.
  • Develop the blog and social media content calendars and manage their execution.
  • Manage the production of marketing content.
  • Be the focal point for internal marketing needs.
  • Manage the website revamp project.
  • Monitor the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Be responsible for the production of our monthly newsletter.
  • Provide support with sales enablement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required – marketing concentration preferred.
  • English perfect fluency – a must.
  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Experience with Notion, Salesforce and Hubspot a strong plus.
