Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled technical support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers, clients, and employees of the company. You will be expected to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide timely and effective solutions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers, clients, and employees of the company
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and  software
  • Communicate technical solutions to customers and clients in a clear and concise manner
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or vendors as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience

Required Skills and Experience

  • Technical background  
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support tools
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
  • Experience from companies  in a field of Fire Suppression, HVAC, Access control or Alarm systems- big advantage
  • Experience in building work processes -advantage
