We are looking to hire an experienced back-office administrator to join our busy back-office team. As a back-office administrator, you will be assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, data analyses and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal systems data analyses
  • Site visit coordination
  • Inter department synchronization.
  • CRM data input and maintenance
  • Field activities tracking and logging

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
  • 3+ years backoffice experience
  • Excellent organizational skills A versatile and service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • High to native level English – a must!
